The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) congratulated Nigerians on this significant occasion, urging the Federal Government to prioritize economic stability. Archbishop Daniel Okoh, President of CAN, expressed concern over the recent depreciation of the naira against major currencies, particularly the dollar, highlighting its impact on the populace. He also emphasized the critical need to combat terrorism and banditry.
Former Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, echoed the sentiments of hope, urging Nigerians to focus on the positive aspects of life. “I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel,” Saraki stated, encouraging a steadfast belief in the nation’s potential.
