Abuja motorist has lamented the daily traffic allegedly caused by President Bola Tinubu, stating he has refused to move to Aso Rock.

According to the reports, in the video sighted online, a man who spoke in the background alleged that commuters are stopped every work day whenever Tinubu goes to the office and closes his work.

While expressing displeasure over the situation, the man said motorists are compelled to wait for at least 45 minutes every day.

The presidency has not officially given a reason Tinubu is yet to vacate his private mansion in Abuja to Aso Rock.

However, it might be due to the ongoing renovation that began in late April when former President Buhari vacated the 32-year-old structure for a temporary residence called the Glass House.

In other news, Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has weighed in on the uproar that occurred over the custody of the suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.

Naija News recalls that the Department of State Service (DSS) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NcoS) were involved in a brawl on the court premises over Emefiele’s custody.

A federal high court in Ikoyi, Lagos, granted Emefiele N20 million bail and one surety in like sum.

The presiding judge, Nicholas Oweibo, had ruled that the embattled apex bank chief be remanded at the correctional centre, pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.

However, the DSS refused to hand over Emefiele and whisked him away in their vehicle.

Reacting to the development, Ejimakor urged President Bola Tinubu to stop the secret service from disobeying court orders.

He noted that the serial disobedience of court orders by DSS was condemnable.
