TOMADORT International School, Abuja, marked a significant milestone as it held its 11th graduation ceremony for the 2023 session. Established in 2009, the school has continued to make a positive impact in the lives of its students. The ceremony, attended by Management, staff, parents, and well-wishers, took place at the serene premises of the school, located at No 28, Abeokuta Street, Area 8, Garki.
The event was filled with moments of pride and joy as the graduating students took center stage with a parade, showcasing their achievements throughout their educational journey. The ceremony also featured the presentation of prizes to recognize outstanding performances.
In her address, the Proprietress of the school, Mrs. Bukola Awarun, expressed her appreciation for the dedication and hard work exhibited by the students. She commended them for their resilience and determination to develop their skills and knowledge, which has shaped them into well-rounded individuals ready to face the future with confidence.

During the closing session, Mrs. Awarun highlighted some of the school’s achievements and future plans. Notably, the accreditation of the Junior category of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) was a major accomplishment. Additionally, the introduction of an E-learning platform has been implemented to leverage technology for lesson preparation and enhance interaction between teachers and pupils.
Furthermore, the school aims to expose its pupils to international examinations such as the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). The pursuit of developing successful students remains a central focus at TOMADORT International School.
“Our pupils can compete with their contemporaries anytime, any day, anywhere. Our efforts to increase parental involvement in this new innovation have been among our biggest successes of the year,” Mrs. Awarun proudly stated.
